Tsilivi, also known as Planos, is one of the most developed and popular resorts on Zante Island, it can become quite crowded in peak season, but it doesn’t cater exclusively to the 18-30 crowd, making it a great option for families.
Tsilivi is on the northeastern coast, offers quiet and plentiful accommodations, a clean and organised beach, and a wide range of restaurants and bars, both traditional and international. Gift shops peddle jewellery, leather work, and other local wares.
There is ample nightlife, but late night activities tend more toward karaoke, pub quizzes, and casual beach parties, there is a “club” called Jokers but it’s nothing like the night life of Laganas.
Paragliding, jet skis, and other water sports are available on Tsilivi beach, as well as boat tours to the Blue Caves and Smugglers Cove.
In town, you’ll also find a mini golf course, bowling alley, amusement park, and a reptile house, which offers guided tours of over 50 species.
